0. Made-to-Order / Custom Production

Many Velanti Milano products are produced, assembled, or configured specifically upon order confirmation.

Due to the nature of made-to-order production:

• Processing or production may begin shortly after purchase
• Cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun
• Change-of-mind refunds may not apply

This provision does not limit statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items.


1. General Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• The item has been successfully delivered
• The product is unused and undamaged
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• Valid proof of purchase is provided

Items returned in used condition, damaged condition, or without original packaging may be rejected.


1.1 Customer Satisfaction & Goodwill

Velanti Milano may, at its sole evaluation, choose to assist customers on a case-by-case basis as a gesture of goodwill, even where a request does not strictly meet every eligibility criterion.

Such considerations:

• Do not constitute an obligation to approve a refund
• Do not waive policy requirements
• Remain subject to return and inspection conditions


2. Refunds Require a Return

Refunds are issued only after completion of the return procedure.

Refund eligibility requires:

  1. Initiation of a return request

  2. Successful return of the item

  3. Inspection of the returned product

  4. Approval of the refund


2.1 Refund Eligibility Timing

Products that are:

• Still in transit
• Marked as unfulfilled
• Marked as “in delivery”

are not eligible for refund.

Refund eligibility begins only after confirmed delivery.


2.2 Mandatory Return Requirement

Under all circumstances, customers must return the delivered product before refund eligibility may be evaluated.

Refunds cannot be issued when:

• The item has not been returned
• No return request was initiated
• Delivery occurred but no contact was made


2.3 Refund Processing Procedure

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.


2.4 Delivered Packages Responsibility

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Velanti Milano is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is secure. If a package is believed to be stolen, customers should contact the shipping carrier or local authorities directly.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or refund:

• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials
• Items explicitly marked non-returnable
• Certain made-to-order/custom items where applicable


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is defective
• The item arrived damaged
• A fulfillment error occurred
